We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:
Return Eligibility (U.S. Orders Only)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Items must include original hang tags and packaging.
Return Process (U.S. Orders Only)
- Initiate Your Return:
- Email support@uvline.store with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Indicate whether you prefer to use a prepaid return shipping label or ship with your own carrier.
- Return Shipping Options:
- If you choose our prepaid return shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- The minimum charge for this label is $8.50, but the final cost will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your return.
- If using your own shipping carrier, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance to avoid delivery issues.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds apply to product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery:
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country are the full responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the buyer.
- UVLine is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments due to international transit issues.
